EJ is one of our team captains and a valuable leader.  He has helped the team grow together and become a cohesive group.  EJ has been one of our top runners all season and helped to lead the charge in workouts.  EJ doesn't submit to having bad days, he just gets the job done and in the process, sets a great example for his teammates.
