From Coach Continenza: Lebanon Recap

Last week, the boys came home with a first place trophy.  This week we were 5th out of 22 teams.  I shared with the boys that in my perspective, I was more pleased with the outcome this week.  This is based on their performances and the way they competed.  Lebanon was a much more competitive meet.  We had 16 guys run lifetime bests, we beat a few close rivals (Ross, LaSalle, Lakota East) and saw several runners move up on our depth chart.
