Sam put together three strong races on Friday night, helping lead his team to an overall meet victory. He ran a personal-best 2:06 split in the 4x800 to help his team finish 2nd, placed 5th in the open 800, and was part of the winning 4x400 relay. Sam has been extremely focused and determined this season, and it’s clearly showing in his performances.
