On Tuesday, Oak Hills boys basketball had their first non-conference game on the road against Western Hills. The Highlanders controlled the lead all game long, and handled West Highs pressure throughout the whole game. The Highlanders put up their most points of the season so far with 68 in a 68-55 victory. Camden Brandt had a career high in points and led the the team in points with 16, and also put in 3 assist and grabbed 5 rebounds. Deandre Hayes put up 14 points, and Jacob Berkemeier had 15 points with 8 rebounds. The Highlanders shot a great 50% from the field, and 40% from three. The team also grabbed a total of 33 rebounds, and came up with 11 steals. The team is now looking forward to a huge game Friday, December 21st at home against Lakota East with both teams being 3-0 in the GMC.
