A few fun facts about Girls Varsity Golf at Sectionals yesterday... 

 

* Adrianna Combs qualified for/advanced to DISTRICTS! (October 8 at Pipestone Golf Club)

* Adrianna took first place of the 17-team tournament by herself with a 1 under for the day!!! (1t of 84 golfers)!!!!!

* Oak Hills earned 8th place - probably 4 places higher than expected!!!!!

 

Adrianna Combs: 36+35 = 71 (par was 72) - her average was 80 & this was her best score of the season

Lexi Holzbacher: 49+46 = 95 

Cordelia Sweeney: 48+56 = 104

Alli Roman: 53+56 = 109

Lauren Huster: 59+63 = 122 

 

Team Total: 379

This was our best 18-hole score by 15 strokes!!!

If we'd shot our average, we would have shot 408

 

It was an AMAZING day!!!
